Sam Denoff (July 1, 1928 – July 8, 2011) was an Emmy-winning writer for “The Dick Van Dyke Show." He helped bring to the screen some of its most memorable episodes, including “That’s My Boy???,” “Bupkis” and “Coast-to-Coast Big Mouth.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon; their two children, Melissa and Matthew; and a daughter, Leslie, and son, Douglas, from his first marriage.
